The story behind our recruitment agency
Recruit4Success was launched in 2020 by Michelle Myburgh. As a recruitment agency based in Durbanville in Cape Town’s northern suburbs, we are passionate about helping people find secure employment. We proudly embrace trends in the recruitment industry and operate with professionalism, integrity and skill.
Our objective is to source the right candidates to fill your positions. This means the candidates we recommend will not only meet your job requirement, but will also be a great culture fit. After all, employees who are happy in the workplace will become more productive and committed to your business.
Types of placements
We specialise in finding candidates for the financial, IT, marketing and human resources sectors, and the contact centre industry. Having said this, we also assist clients to find employees in other sectors. We do this for clients in Cape Town and the surrounding suburbs.
Finding candidates
In our experience, networking is key to sourcing great candidates. We network with other agencies and use our social media networks. Furthermore, we keep job seekers’ details on our records and contact them if they have the skills to match your position. This often helps us to locate and place candidates in a shorter time span.
Looking for scarce skills to fill a position? No problem! We use our networks to research and find the right candidates. Your confidentiality is assured, and fees are due only when we have successfully filled a position.
As candidates become our company’s brand ambassadors, they are treated with respect. We also try our utmost to assist them during this stressful process.
